SilkGleam 8-Month Painless Warranty – Terms & Conditions
1. Warranty Coverage
Your SilkGleam Trimmer is covered by an 8-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal personal use.
2. What’s Covered
Defects in materials or workmanship that affect proper function.
Electrical/mechanical failure not caused by misuse.
Replacement parts or a brand-new unit at no extra cost (shipping fees may apply depending on location).
3. What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear (blades, battery performance over time, etc.).
Accidental damage (drops, water damage, misuse, negligence).
Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Cosmetic issues (scratches, dents) that don’t affect performance.
Use of the product for commercial or non-personal purposes.
4. Claim Process

Your order number
Description of the issue
Photos/videos showing the defect
Our team will review your claim within 3-5 business days.
If approved, we will provide:
A free replacement unit, or
Replacement of defective parts, depending on the issue.
(Shipping charges may apply outside covered regions.)
5. Customer Responsibilities
The customer must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).
The product must have been used as per instructions in the user manual.
6. Limitation of Liability
SilkGleam’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product.
SilkGleam is not liable for any indirect damages, losses, or inconvenience caused by product malfunction.
7. Warranty Transfer
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
8. Governing Law
This warranty shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the country where the purchase was made.
